The 2022/2023 school year will be the fifth year of his Bass Team coaching career at OCHS. 2022/2023 Coaching Plan For the 2022/2023 season, I will continue to recruit and build up our team. I will also be looking for ways to incorporate our Community in our endeavors. Coaching is a vital part of providing learning opportunities and good experiences to the students, parents and other coaches. We all learn and continue to learn from each other.
