2023/2024 Coaching Plan
For the 2023/2024 season, I will continue to carry on and continue to build what the previous coach has built. I will also be looking for ways to incorporate more of our Community in our endeavors. Coaching is a vital part of providing learning opportunities and good experiences to the students, parents and other coaches. We all learn and continue to learn from each other.
Some topics I plan on covering this year
Bruce Goodfleisch – Assistant Coach

He has fished the Redman series, FLW tournaments, several local tournaments, and currently, the Kentucky Bass League. His favorite place to fish is Lake Guntersville and his favorite techniques are flipping/pitching shallow water cover and top water fishing. Coach Goodfleisch worked as a Paramedic for 15 years and is currently working as a Police Officer with over 22 years of service. He takes the opportunity to fish whenever he can and enjoys sharing the sport of bass fishing with others.
